About

Our Past

Our farm family has deep roots in the rich Illinois prairie for generations. Our home farm was named "Belly Acres" by my father (Eugene) sometime in the early 1950's. Our home was originally built in 1869.

Our Present

Current farm ownership, and operator is John & Bev Nienhiser. Our son Paul is 5th generation to live in the family farm house.

We are a progressive grain and livestock farm located in the heart of the corn belt with headquarters in rural Morgan County Chapin Illinois. We have ambitious goals to produce high-yielding corn and soybeans with a stern determination for success year after year.

Our Future

The Nienhiser family hopes to continue a profitable farming business in central Illinois for many years to come. We want to make a difference in our community, while providing a stable, wholesome life.

If you are interested in being a part of this progressive farm family, please contact us! We would consider it an honor to farm for you, and would treat your land with respect.
